Just returned from this hotel & found it most pleasing . It is in a lovely location beside the river with lots of activity on it. Hotel has a boat which goes downstream to beach every other day[about 25 mins] The rooms , public areas and gardens are very well kept and the employees are very helpful and friendly. Food also good although for british people any hot breakfast is mainly freshly cooked omelettes--but lots of variety in cold table. Evening meal is a buffet with soup ,great selection of salads starters , 3-4 main hot dishes and large tasty selection on dessert table.Only downside for the less fit it is a good10-15 min [flat ]walk into town although taxis can be arranged.

Room Tip: Get room with outside seating space.

We just left this hotel and had a terrible experience. There was no hot water for both days of our stay and the manager Mustafa Uyar could have cared less! The hotel looks great on the web add, but it is not even close to a 4 star for Americans. Wifi does not work in most of the rooms and you have to go to the lobby. The noise of water running through pipes is anoying too.
The food in the dining room was excellent and service great too. Well maintained grounds as well. There was no issue with bringing in your own water.
I would not stay here again, and would have prefered a hotel closer to town.

Room Tip: ask for a room facing the pool

Located along the Dalyan River, this luxury resort has the best views of the Lycian Tombs. The pool is beautiful and clean. The breakfast and dinner (included in room price) is excellent and served by the pool each day. Has the best couples Hammam we have ever done!!!!! The staff is helpful and very friendly. Rooms are nice and large enough but furniture is a bit dated. However you do not go to Dalyan for the rooms as the river boat rides (dock right at the hotel) to Istuzu Beach and the mud baths are fantastic.

Three of us of Indian origin booked through Easyjet not sure whether we would find the 4 star status deserving. However from reception to leaving our stay was enjoyable. Being vegetrarians there was enough food to try although one had to buy drinks- even water which is how they must recover some profit! the staff were excellent, turkish bath on site although small is clean compared to one at Ortaga. The trips can be expensive but help is at hand by simply negotiating a private boat hire adverts displayed on blackboards outside houses as you go towards the town centre some 10 mins walk. I would certainly receommend anyone to go there especailly with such close proximity to mud baths and hot springs.
