Its a lovely hotel within a stones throw of the main town, All the rooms have recently been refurbished and they are to a fantastic standard with cubicles for the bathroom ! We have been to Turkey many times and never had such a lovely room. All rooms have flat screen TV's too.
The breakfast was buffet style and they have a chef on call to do omlettes or pancakes should you desire, there is lots of choice we originally thought that we would end up going out for a breakfast but were really satisfied with the food !
They operate a card system for the bar and I can honestly say we never had an issue with this you are at liberty to pay daily if you choose or you can wait until the end of the holiday - they will happily double check anything you are unsure of and were more than helpful.
The maids were brilliant kept everywhere really clean and tidy .
The only downside I would say would be that everyone gets up at the crack of dawn and grabs a sunbed by way of putting their towels on it - which is fine if you are going to use it but some didn't even come down to the pool area till 1 or 2 in the afternoon I think the management should have a policy that if you have not used the sunbed for more than two hours you lose it and your towel is put aside.
Other than that moan - and its not about the Binlik at all I think this hotel is wonderful in a great area and lots of lovely places to eat and drink around - totally relaxing !!

This Hotel is in a quiet location, within five minute stroll of the main street, restaurants and night life.
The hotel has been recently modernised and has been done to a high standard. It had two pools, one being near the bar area and the other near reception. Both pools have ample sun loungers.
The food served at the snack bar is good and the buffet breakfast is served to a high standard in the restaurant.
All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, from the cleaners to the manager.
We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel, and are looking forward to revisiting ourselves in the near future.
Thank you Binlik Hotel for your hospitality.

We have stayed at the Binlik 5 times now and we will defo return next year. The Binlik family and staff are the best from Mr & Mrs Binlik, Sultan in reception, Salcan in the bar, Kadric who really looks after you around the pool area and the gardner (and everyone else just don't know their names), they all make you so welcome and are there for you for anything you need. The rooms have been upgraded with fantastic bathrooms, dressing table, flat screen tv, big cupboard free air con (only certain times) the breakfast is also the best Turkish breakfast you will get with hot and cold food, their bar/restaurant food is also great. The transfer time is only 30 minutes which makes a lot of difference. The Binlik is kept very clean all the times. It is only a few minute walk into the centre where you get fantastic eating places (Ali's, Hidden Garden, Safran) and bars (Ashkins, My Place) I cannot rate this hotel enough and cant wait to go back next year.

No complaints at all. All the staff, from Mr. Binlik, the receptionist ( Sultan) to the bar staff, waitressing staff, cleaners and gardener were happy to help. The Waitresses at the bar, and in the restaurant at breakfast all smiled, the chef at breakfast would cook omelettes, fried eggs, and pancakes, and the breakfast buffet was really good as well. The public rooms were kept spotless, - and the bedrooms were cleaned every day and cleaned very well! The main bar steward was also very helpful, and did everything he could to make sure we enjoyed our stay. There is also a new entertainments manager.
Most of the holiday makers were couples - very few children, which in the school holiday was appreciated by us both - one of us is a teacher!
WE WILL RETURN - Excellent for the price!

The hotel is lovely. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and air conditioned.

The pool was clean, lovely bar there with fantastic service.

Breakfast was fine - choice of turkish breakfast or toast and cereal - lovely eating it out on the balcony by the pool!

The hotel is a ten minute walk from Dalyan where there is a huge choice of restaurants and bars.

Two minor complaints depending on how picky you are - we had an occiasional cold shower but it wasn't a problem as it was so hot outside and the balcony was small - big enough to dry towels but not much else.

All in all, a lovely week in the sun!

Room Tip: Block B has bigger balconies and view over pool.

A bit reluctant to write a review as this should be a well kept secret ! Have just returned with family and a group of friends. First time to Turkey (many trips to Greece) and I have to say I think they're on a par. Hotel has recently been re-furbed and the rooms are superb. Hotel and pools are spotless. Food very good both at breakfast and at the pool bar (pool/bar manager is a great bloke & can't do enough for you). Location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk into centre of Dalyan, where there are plenty of bars/restaurants/shops. Dalyan is a small resort on the river (boat trip to the beach) but still enough to do. If you like low rise apts/friendly people/good food, then this is a must. We've already looked into returning next year as it was so nice !
