This is a lovely hotel in a quiet location 1 minute from the town centre. The owners and staff are extremely friendly. The whole place is spotlesly clean and the rooms are fully equipped and comfortable. All rooms overlook the pool and have their own balcony or veranda. This hotel really is excellent and it's well worth staying there. You won't be dissapointed.

Room Tip: All rooms are very good

When we arrived at the ROTA Hotel we was greeted by all of the staff, evan the manager, which were needless too say were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, this hotel is outstanding and every room overlooks the beautiful spotless pool, the staff e.g maintance pool boy MURAT,was faultless he is so polite, and loved my two children if they wanted somthing what wasnt on the menu,or they didnt have,He use too go and get it from the supermarket, lovely man.The hotel rooms were a great size,we had a familyroom for the first week, and two standard linked rooms the second week, evan the standard rooms are a good size, the cleaner lady is lovely and our rooms were done every day,and were spotless, she evan did all our laundry a day before we were due home, and ironed it and put back into our suitcase, didnt cost alot at all,if you are reading this please dont leave this hotel without trying the food or chef special, the food is A* and proper home made chips.Ive saved the best till last the beautiful Elvan the manager,e.g a pokahontis lookalike POKA for short tho she liked to be called, she made our stay peaseful and loved our children, she evan went out and brought my daughter a table and chairs pots and pans and made her a little play area, and brought my son some cars,so if your looking for a relaxful, beautiful clean hotel, which love children, and very friendly this is the one, best holiday we have ever had.Robert,Alice,Leona,Lewis Perry Swadlincote derbys

We were booked into this hotel by our estate agent after a rental agreement fell through. My wife & I absolutely loved it. The rooms are extremely comfortable, all overlook the pool, the quality of service is exceptional and the staff couldnt have been more accommodating. All you have to do is ask and it is done. The salt pool is absolutely beautiful and you are made to feel so welcome, nothing is too much trouble and if they dont have it they will go out and get it for you. It is very central with regard to restaurants and bars but also a peaceful haven at the end of a busy day. My wife suffers with insomnia but slept really well. We had a wonderful time there and feel we made some true frriends. Book this hotel and you will not be disappointed. We were sad to leave and will definitely return in the future.

we found the ROTA HOTEL by chance & it was like a lottery win, brand new every thing spottless the rooms were quite big for hotel rooms, the staff headed by the beutifull ELVAN (poka) pokahontis lookalike, could not do enough for us I travelled there with my wife daughter & son in law & 2 kids aged 2 1/2 & 14mths from 25th june untill 8th july it is the best holliday we have ever had we were the 1st english guests they had, they went & bought my grandaughter a picnic table & 4chairs & my grandson some racing cars. No matter what you wanted they got it, you could have your meals to suit you anything you wanted the chef would go to the butchers & buy fresh on the day no set meal times you could eat when you were ready (he said your on holliday) the bar man/pool man/handyman MURAT was an absalute star nothing to much trouble from morning tea/cofee to having the crack with us round the lovely pool area."POKA"was at hand all day for any problems her cleaners were great never stopped all day the grandchildren both fell in love with her & her with them.IF YOU ONLY TAKE NOTICE OF 1 REVEIW MAKE IT THIS ONE.If you are waiting for a BUT there isnt one.2mins walk to main square in town 100mtrs walk to market on saturday.
