Description: Art Gallery & Garden Cafe closed on Thursdays

This is a wonderful place to eat in the shade of the trees which are in the garden of the Dalyan Art Gallery. The gallery itself is full of beautiful artisan craft work and pieces of art and jewellery. The cafe sells tasty, nutritious and inventive dishes and drinks and the whole experience is really hard to beat. Can't wait to go back again this September.

Cannot recommend highly enough. A great place for luncheon or afternoon tea, with the best home made cakes in Turkey! Mostly vegetarian menu (tuna being the only exception) and everything is fresh. Beware, though - they are closed on Thursdays.

Lovely garden setting & excellent service. Delicious salad of roasted peppers, feta and melon with a very tasty dressing. Freddy's chocolate biscuit cake is to die for :-)
Also provide an airport survival pack for 18TL with either tuna or cheese salad sandwich, home made muffin and fruit.

We came across this lovely cafe by accident after having a lovely massage round the corner. It is in a quiet street and you could overlook it if you don't venture round the backstreets. Freddy and louise are lovely people and very accomodating. After pondering over the menu we decided on sandwiches of egg mayonnaise, dill and spring onions. The bread they were put in melted in your mouth. Scrummy! Excellent menu. The cakes were to die for with a dollop of ice cream (east end saying). Drinks were good as well. As we found this cafe near the end of our 11 night holiday, we only had the pleasure of three lunches. The art work inside is lovely and we were disappointed that we could not bring anything back as our 20kg weight was already took up. Just adding that fresh fruit shortcake is a definate must. Compliments to the baker Louise! We look forward to going back next year. Thank you to both Freddy and Louise and the pooch.

In the heat of the day it's so nice to sit in the shade under the trees and have a choice of home made cake and tea served in silver pots. Freddie and Loise have found a winning combo with the tea rooms and art and craft galleries. Like others before us we bought most of our gifts here. They will even arrange postage back to the UK for you if the present is to big to carry . We will definately return to IZ on our next visit.
