“Always Superb !”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 12, 2012

Have stayed at the Bin Kaya 3 times in last 3 years.

On each occasion we have eaten here and the food is simply delicious. They normally have a set menu (sometimes chosen/agreed by the guests) but the food is always beautiful and different to the usual Dalyan restaurants (of which there are many lovely ones).

Christophe's French influence is normally on the menu somewhere (French Onion soup is fab!).

If in the area, wander in have a drink and ask what is on the menu, you wont regret it !

“Top food and something different from the rest”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 8, 2011

Binkaya Hotel restaurant offers a fixed menu option if you book in advance during the day. The food is genuinely the best we ate in Dalyan and its mix of French and Turkish influences provides an interesting mix and an alternative to the rather standard menus you will find in the rest of the resort.

“wonderful restaurant - good food, good hosts, good atmosphere”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 26, 2011

This is the best restaurant in Dalyan bar none. The food is prepared using the best quality ingredients by people who know what they are doing, rather than think they know (common of so many of the other local restaurants! Christophe and Funda are the most charming of hosts who show genuine concern for the enjoyment of their guest. The portions are generous, the wines available are very good and the setting is perfect. A most enjoyable experience every time. You will not be disappointed!

“wonderful cuisine!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 17, 2011

Christoff & Funda, the french & turkish couple who run this little gem of a hotel in Dalyan market square are just wonderful cooks & brilliant, kind & amusing hosts.
we have just got back from 2 wks in a self-catering apt in Dalyan but spent most evenings exploring the excellent restaurants in this little town. we loved many for their ethnic turkish or kurdish dishes but for overall tip-top cuisine from best local ingredients, in both turkish & french styles we thought the bin kaya gave us the best nights out.
their setting & presentation was chic, portion sizes generous & 3 courses for 36ytl (approx £15) excl wines we thought was excellent value.
we cant comment on the hotel rooms but l know several who have stayed their & loved it despite being in quite a potentially noisy bit of town, nr mosque, the friendly hospitality more than made up for it.
thankyou to all at Bin Kaya
