We went to Yeners almost by accident the first time. Having been well fed on a boat trip we did not want a huge meal and asked if we could share a main course, this was considered no problem and we enjoyed a tasty and spicy Adana kebab and also the very spicy chilli salad to start - Yener came out to warn us it was hot, it was but you could still taste the flavours.
Lots of previous reviews mention the kebabs and when we returned a few nights later we had an Iskender kebab which was certainly very good but nothing compared to the Coban kavurma which was quite simply awesome. Suffice to say we returned the next night to have a full portion each.
All the staff could not be more welcoming and as many reviewers have said the chairs are really comfortable and the position great.
Yeners will certainly be our first port of call when we return to Dalyan

We went to Yener's Place twice. Our first visit was for lunch which was a bit disappointing. They were helpful in pointing out the Turkish options and explaining them - I just had a mushroom omelette which wasn't very tasty and my boyfriend had Melamen (Turkish omelette) which had separated.
HOWEVER we decided to go back and try dinner there on our last night as many people had recommended it and things improved greatly. We shared a bottle of wine recommended to us by Yener's cousin and then Yener himself which was delicious. My boyfriend had a steak which, although overcooked, was still delicious and I had a selection of meze as I am a vegetarian. My humus was delicious (and chillied!) by the way, unlike other reviews. I enjoyed the food so much I decided to try the baklava as well which was also scrumptious! Yener was really nice and chatty and the whole evening was a pleasure.

We read all the good reviews about Yeners and decided to go there on our first night. Didnt find the place very welcoming at all and we decided to order a few mezes to see what the food was like. Very disappointing....a spoonful of humous, a spoonful of yoghurt and two slimey vine leaves. We decided not to continue with a main meal after the very poor started and went round the corner to Mais for our main course which was very good. Dont understand why this place gets such good reviews a big disappointment on our first evening

There are a lot of restaurants in Dalyan offering a similar service but Yener's is a cut above the rest. We visited the restaurant at least 5 times during our three week holiday and the service was always faultless, food and wine fantastic and the price very competitive. Highly recommended to all. They were particularly welcoming towards our young family. Can't wait for our next visit in April!

In the centre of Dalyan, Yener's Place is à good place for breakfast, à nice meal or a drink surrounded by really friendly people.

They even light up the fireplace on à rare rainy day. Check photo.
