The hotel staff are very friendly and obliging. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. The food is scrummy, wide variety of Turkish and continental food on lunch menu and evening buffet varied and delicious. Second visit and would recommend as best hotel in Dalyan.

We stayed for a week in late May and we thought the hotel was beautiful. Initially, we were put in a room overlooking the construction work that is going on - but we asked to move, and we were instead put in a much better room overlooking the river. The pool area is lovely - though in peak season I think you'd run out of space around the main pool quickly! There is a second pool which they filled up while we were there.

Breakfast was OK but they could do with some pastries and a better juice selection. There are so many lovely and cheap restaurants in Dalyan that I think it would be a waste to go half board. We did eat off the a la carte restaurant menu at lunch a few times and the food was delicious.

Dalyan has lots of stray cats and dogs and there is a lovely white and grey cat who seems to have made herself at home at the BC Spa. I was touched to learn that the hotel owners had taken her to the vet to be spayed (she kept having litter after litter of 8/10 kittens) and to be taken care of. She is a lovely cat. We were appalled at a couple of guests who we caught smacking her with a flip flop to get rid of her. Dalyan is full of wildlife and nature - if you don't want to come into contact with any animals while you are away, stay in a five star Hilton where they use electric shocks to keep the animals away!

All in all, it was a very peaceful, relaxing stay and we would love to return in the future.

We stayed for just one night to be closer to Dalaman Airport at end of holiday in Turunc. Very helpful reception staff allowing us in our room 3 hours early and letting us keep room 4 hours longer without charge. We woulkd use the hotel again. Lovely position on river bank.

I was with the previous critique Tony from Rotherham, everything he says is factual, the Hotel and facilities, i.e. accommodation pool, spa treatments etc, are amazing, the food was dreadful and the manager/head waiter was also dreadful, his attitude was very dismissive, we ended up eating out because the food was so poor.
There was no choice of menu, we were told what was being served, and the quality of food served was also poor.
I would recommend this Hotel to anyone but would urge you not to waste your money on sub standard food by paying for full or half board accommodation.
I would strongly recommend you just book the bed and breakfast option, there are plenty of great places to eat out with a great choice range.
a couple that were staying in the hotel had no hot water in there rooms for three days, the hotel were not quick at resolving this and were told they could use the showers in the spa facilities, they were not compensated or given any complimentary spa treatments for their inconvenience, which I feel was a let down on the hotel.
The location is perfect and the hotel staff were very obliging, we were with good company and this made Dalyan perfect, the food was disappointing but the hotel was beautiful, get Gordan Ramsey in there because I don't think the current manager has a hope in hell of getting the restaurant on its
feet.
I would stay here again but purely as a B & B guest only.

Room Tip: There is still some work going on at the hotel but this did not affect us at all, try and avoid the restaurant.

BC Spa is a great hotel in a perfact location.

The spa iteself offers great facitities and treatments, it is not overly advertised so stays very private to those staying at the hotel .

The hotel itself is very elequent, and not overly fussy with up to date bathroom, rooms and a great shared room,

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Dalyan town or a few minutes walk up the river to a couple of quiet coffee / pancakes houses

Room Tip: all rooms seemed pretty much the same
