Super little hotel, great value for money, slept well, nice pool, friendly owner/staff, on outskirts of town so quite quiet and easy to find and only 10 minutes walk in - or use one of their bikes and you're there in three. Lovely garden/flowers - all very relaxing.

We too read all of the reviews, we were not disappointed. This place feels unique. It's gardens and pool are beautiful. There was nothing nicer than a late night swim, under the stars in a beautifully kept pool, which is lit up at night. Murat, his wife and their very hardworking staff are delightful and warm. They are there if you need them, but they step back and let you feel like it is your home. The rooms are not a 'London' type boutique, they are simpler. The beds are comfortable, the Air Con is brilliant. It was nice to have the other facilities, kettle, hairdryer, fridge etc. The use of the bikes was a great bonus. There are only 6, so you have to consider others wanting to use them, but most guests seemed to have cars, so we were lucky and could use them each day to head off for meals. We stayed here for 2 weeks, we went into Cappadocia for a few nights in the middle of our stay, which was amazing, we heard later we should have travelled with another coach company, not Metro. Metro have no loos, faulty on board equipment, stop everywhere and seem to go on random detours to drop people. There is plenty to do in Dalyan, with boat rides and lots to visit. One of our favourites was the waterfalls, and the restaurant you eat at is located near a trout farm, order the trout it is fantastic, so fresh and tasty.
There are leaflets at the hotel, we booked a snorkelling trip with Kardak tours, but there were no snorkels, after being assured there would be. It is worth going down to the quayside to book boat rides. Ask around a bit, don't feel like you have to go with the first one. On your boat, they may offer to get you Blue Crab, order it, it is delicious, it is cooked on a river boat kitchen which you ride up to and collect. Lastly, the fish at La Vie on the river was very good and we all liked the freshness and consistent quality of the nearby KervanSaray restaurant, it is all cooked by wood fires, no electricity, you can easily spot it by the lovely man in a Fez who stands at the entrance. I know everyone wants you to eat with them, but this place is worth a visit. Although half the fun is finding new places to eat each day. All in all, this was excellent. We had such a happy holiday, thank you Murat

This mansion house is located within 5 minutes walking distance to the center of dalyan village and enjoys being away from the touristic vibe that could be overwhelming in this magical town of TUrkey. The riverside offers magical views of king tombs crafted into the rocks however it is wise to wine and dine in riverside cafes and restaurants rather than Staying cause flies could be traumatic after sunset in dalyan. We enjoyed our stay in murat paşa mansion Thanks to the lovely owners of the mansion who gave us great recommendations as to where to Eat and see a little bit off the touristic track.. Our must do list is a little bit long but do not come back without taking biycle route outside the the village and try hours before sunset to catch the magical views Between Burning rocks and heavenly gardens ..

Beautiful little hotel just moments walk from the centre of Dalyan, a fantastic place to visit if you are in this area of Turkey. We stayed here for three days; the staff were very friendly & happy to help with any queries. The breakfast was lovely with everything being homemade. Very peaceful but also not too far away from the town centre. The rooms a re basic but exactly what you need from this type of hotel. Highly recommend!

Great owners and staff, unobtrusive but there when needed, just wish I could speak Turkish to be able to speak to them all more (Murat speaks good English). A fantastic little hotel and excellent for the price. The gardens are well maintained with some lovely flowers and are great for sitting in next to the good sized very clean pool. Breakfasts are a variety of traditional Turkish styles with yogurt, bread, spreads, egg, melon, etc. Such lovely people, food, setting and had such a great time that small imperfections overlooked. Murat made our stay great from airport back to airport (Euro 30 each way private taxi). Very nice cats too.
