Once found you will go back as you will not be disappointed with your meal, The owner is very welcolming and has expanded the number of tables available- booking is definitely essential at weekends. There is even a good view of the Tombs but at half the cost to the restaurants right on the river- also avoids the Mosquitoes. His food is superb try his casseroles they really are sizzling. Also beautiful sea bass or bream, Plus his mezzes are very good. Do not be put off his small restaurant,

Lovely people serving typical Turkish dishes. The lamb & the grilled fish were excellent . . .shame about the ever scrounging cats (at almost every restaurant) but the charm, service, food & value made up for this. Lovely evening out.

This is a very small but traditional no frills restaurant serving excellent food. Small place which has expanded slightly with great effect since our last visit years ago. Not great English speakers but understand basics + owner tapped us on shoulder at local market to say hello - how nice is that ?! We wondered who on earth it was initially but we back for bowl of soup for lunch after that which turned out like like 3 course meal + starter + sweet were free ! --- lovely food, lovely people.

I loved this because it had no one trying to get you in, it's family run and the food is Turkish and no steak on the menu like everywhere else which is just the same. It's more reasonably priced than all the others in town and it's just lovely. We ate here twice and couldn't fault a thing.
