The owner speaks very well English and he and his staff are very friendly and helpful. Further, the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. Also the shower was great! (could be because we just came back from the multiple day Fanzipan Mountain trekking). In total the price-quality ratio is very good.

We came to Vietnam not knowing what to expect and needing some guidance
and reassurance. This is what you get a Thai Bihn Sa Pa...The owner and his wife speak English and were life savers as far as touring the region of Sa Pa...It was very rainy when we went and they gave us rain boots and umbrellas and a personal tour guide. Average tour price is $15 per person. Not bad considering we pay $65-$250 in Jackson Hole to see a moose.
The owner makes a point of taking every guest to coffee and making their stay as wonderful as is possible. The accommodations are immaculate. Even though they are located within the town, it was very quiet. We were right on the hike up the famous little mountain so if you're in for a morning walk...it's right there. $3 entrance fee though each day but what the heck. We pay that much to drive to the center in San Diego! The morning breakfast was excellent and safe. They had a computer in the lobby. The owner had said we had many channels in English and we never talked to him about the TV so I'm sure her would have fixed it had we asked. Great stay and we would definitely go back!

Room Tip: All the rooms are similar but they do have a couple joined rooms which means you get a 1/2 of an ent...

The hotel is very well kept and the beds are comfy. The location is good and very central to the central square. Unfortunately we visited a time which happened to be Labour Day and Vietname Independence Day. The hotel nearby blasted some vietnamese music since 6 for almost 2hours and we had to get up early morniing. I dont't recommend going during this period. Too crowded and things become more expensive. Worth mentioning is the hotel boss, Nam Hong is very helpful, he helped us to sourced for train tickets during a peak season where we failed to get tickets online. When the water heater gave us problem, he was prompt to step in to help to ensure we have a pleasurable stay. Thanks, Nam Hong.

Room Tip: All the rooms are okay. There aren't many rooms

Nam and his wife are very helpful. If you're unhappy with something or need help getting around Sa Pa, just tell them and they will help you out.

I love the way the rooms are decorated, and the beds are so comfortable!

I'd recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable and clean place with complimentary (delicious) breakfast and excellent service.

Sure, in Sa Pa you can get hotels for a little bit cheaper, but you won't find all of those things. This hotel was worth every penny to me.

This hotel was a welcome sight after the journey overnight from Hanoi. Centrally located in Sapa with ready access to the wonderful Sapa markets, dining venues and the lovely Sapa lake with its splendid views of the surrounding mountains. The senior staff and owners are excellent English speakers. The rooms are comfortable, modern yet traditional as well. I'd suggest reading the instructions on setting the temperature for the hot water before you turn the shower on! Breakfasts are generous and delicious. We both highly recommend the Thai Binh Hotel and would definitely stay there again. PS have a look at the traditional coffee mugs with the tea light stands, we purchased some and the Owner immaculately packed them up for us, even adding a vase!

I have book my hotel with Nam Hong and later change and change the date a few times inc Hotel date and Train ticket. Nam Hong not only change it for me without asking for reason , charges and ignorance.
Went there and met him , he is so friendly and helpful and ask us to take a hot bath before discussing my trip at Sapa.
We did plan for a private trip using motorbike at Sapa and without hasitate , he share with us experience to there and the route to go and his experience in Sapa.

Our shirts and pants was wet when travelling outside. His wife* i guess help us drying it immediately without charge and give us a discount in total bill.

I will definately recomend this hotel to my friend when they go there.

Nam and his wife were great.
He organised our train trips &
pick ups also our trek to the hill tribes (where we met 5 delight-
ful ladies with their wonderful stories of life in the villages).
The hotel is lovely and cosy & so handy to markets, shops,
Restaurants and sights. We just loved our stay here where Nam and his wife were so helpful
(even tho they have a new baby and extremely busy business committments). Hot tea or coffee were always on offer and breakfast was delicious. We also stayed at his mum & dad's b&b up the hill which is another option.
