It was a really lovely place!

Great view, nice rooms, tasty breakfast. The transport we got from lao cai to the hotel and back was really cheap. When we left we even got tea and some water for take away.

All in all we were really satisfied with everything during our stay. We had only 1 issue that first we got a different room not that we booked but they were helpful cleaned an other room and gave it to us. Also the staff were speaking perfect english.

The price/value ratio is perfect in this hotel. We would love to go again!

We stayed two nights and thought it was terrific value for money. The hotel is new and colourful interior. Staff are helpful and polite. They allowed us to use a shower after hiking all day and before catching the overnight train to Hanoi. Clean and comfortable room with hot showers. Would definitely recommend this Hotel to stay in whilst in Sapa.

Had an amazing stay at the sapa elite! The staff literally couldn't do enough for us even to the stage where the owner walked us to the sleeper bus to make sure we knew where it was after a mess up with our your guide!!

All in all the experience was perfect!! The views sadly cloudy :( the food at the hotel lovely, the staff looked after our luggage al day and provided us with a shower and hair dryer free of charge before our bus in the evening!!

All around a great experience in Sapa!

We arrived at the Sapa Elite early morning after getting the overnight train from Hanoi. On arrival the staff were welcoming, and offered us a complimentary tea/coffee. As we were too early to check into our room, we were informed of some good places we could try for breakfast whilst they stored our luggage for us. This hotel is up a fairly steepish hill and may not be suitable for everyone. Our large 'Deluxe double' room was very light and airey. The view from one corner looked onto another hotel and the other aspect onto the road. Everything was clean and in good condition. The shower had adequate pressure and quite a lot of hot water. Bed comfortable. Wifi good. Breakfast was adequate ordered from a menu. On check out we were able to store our luggage for the day, and when we returned from our day of trekking a shower room and more complimentary drinks were available :-) I would very much recommend this hotel. The only improvement I would make is that there should be a safety deposit box available in the room.

I got my trip in Sapa and stayed at Sapa Elite Hotel for 1 night, deluxe with balcony room, highest floor. It's beyond my expectation, a great location with mountain & city view, so impressive. The owner of this hotel treated us very well, the staffs are also friendly. They could communicate in English and recommend us the places we should visit even short or long stay. We could walk to all must-see places in town. If i have a chance to Sapa, this hotel will be in my shortlist definitely.

We booked our superior room with balcony and mountain view online with Agoda which was the middle option (1 more expensive 1 cheaper) as we wanted the balcony. Once we arrived we checked in and followed the lady all the way down 5 levels below to our basement room! Not exactly what we expected. We explained to the reception we booked the slightly more expensive one because we wanted the view and a balcony and they said all rooms have a balcony! So if we had booked the cheapest room we would have had the exact same room.

Room itself is nice, clean and spacious. The only down side is there is no fridge.
Breakfast is cooked to order too which was a nice change from buffet breakfasts you normally get.

We stayed 2 nights and it has been great: big room well kept, good cheap breakfast and very helpful staff. The host speaks good English.
I would recommend it as a base for excursions in Sapa.
Moreover if you need to catch the train after being hiking, they offer a shower where you can refresh before going to the train station
