My family of four arrived SaPa Panorama Hotel in early morning 6am+ from overnight train,
the front office staff advised that the room was not ready but offered us to have breakfast,
the breakfast spread is sufficient with vietnamese and western food.
after breakfast the staff showed us the changing/shower rooms with clean towel to freshen up.
The room we were in were clean and well kept, and with great view. All basic toiletries were provided for and free drinking water.
The hotel is ideally located, with markets, shops, restaurants within short walking.

Room Tip: Select room with mountains view

arrived off the train and was welcomed with a very substantial breakfast before being brought to my room whcih i found to be much more modern and up to date than i had imagined - even though i was aware that the hotel had only recently opened. the room was lovely - great en suite bathroom although the mattress on the bed was very hard. The staff were lovely - for those that come to Sap ill equipped you can rent boots/jackets/wellies from the hotel and free use of computer which was also handy. as the mist rolled in the view from my room was immaterial!! Would recommend it.

We stayed one night here before trekking through Sapa. The rooms are warm and comfortable, with a great bathroom. Our first room on the 3rd floor had a partially blocked mountain view however the staff happily moved us up a floor upon request.

We had dinner and breakfast there which was of good quality. When we returned from our trek we were able to use bathroom and shower facilities even though we had checked out, which was very much appreciated before our journey back to Hanoi.

The hotel was recommended through our package tour booked in Hanoi as was told this is relatively new in Sapa. We stayed 2 nights and had 4 rooms booked. The best thing was they told us we will have room with balcony and mountain view on high floor, etc. However, only 1 room was of so-called 'mountain view'. Very very disappointing. One of the room was worst, facing the side of a building. Breakfast was not good. As for location, it was not exactly in Sapa town where you can find restaurants, cafe, etc. To be fair, the room was of decent size and comfortable. The bed and the bathroom was clean. However, the wall seems to be very thin as the laughter and talking from next door could be heard. Have to put on my ear plugs to sleep. Last but not least, trekking shoes are available for rental at a really really good price if you just want to use for 1 or 2 days trekking instead of buying.

Room Tip: Ask for high floor and perhaps a balcony room with real mountain view.

We arrived early off the train and they gave us breakfast for small cost. Our rooms were ready by 10am which was excellent as check out isn't till 12. We did a tour to Cat Cat & Sin Chai which was lovely. We were very lucky as it was a beautiful clear day. We are travelling with 2 kids & were given joining rooms. Heating & showered were excellent. Would recommend staying.

Had 7 people staying at the hotel for three days and wow what a great spot. Rooms were super clean and warm. You have a great view but are steps away from markets... Best of all was the helpful staff...particularly front desk and Thuyen! They even have showers available for after checkout, after trekking refreshement.... We hope to be back...

Room Tip: Go as high up as possible
