We stay in this hotel for 2 nights, manage to booked two connecting room for four of us. This is great for a family trip like ours. Room is clean, spacious with modern bathroom. Balcony facing Mt. Fansipan is a bonus! Location is good, less than 5 minutes walk to the square and church. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially the young lady at the reception, always putting a smiley face! Hotel staff also manage to arrange for a short trip within a very short period, appreciated. On the last day, we suppose to check out by 12pm but hotel manager is so generous to let us stay until 5pm before heading to Lao cai train station. (Of course that is subject to room availability, we are lucky!)

Room Tip: Lobby and restaurant at Level 5. Level 4 and above will have a good view of Mt. Fansipan

Stayed two nights here - given twin room but they managed to remake the beds into a double which worked ok. Clean, modern bathroom. Bed was hard, but that's indicitive of Vietnam. View wasn't that great, but breakfasts were good and helpful staff and hotel is situated close to township. Beautiful place, well worth the effort of the oernight train to get there! Our guide for the three days we were in the area lived just behind the hotel and invited us to his house one night for dinner - wonderful experience of genuine Vietnamese food and hospitality. If you want an experienced, friendly and knowledgeable guide Quang Nguyen is your man!

Room Tip: The higher up the better the view.

We stayed at this brandnew hotel for seven nights. As every tourist, we arrived in Sapa very early in the morning. Surprisingly, we could check in as soon as we got to the hotel. That was great! After the first evening (with happy water) we had an upgrade form the second floor to the seventh. We didn't expect that the room in the second floor could be topped. Both rooms looked very nice with big windows and a great view over Sapa. They were very clean, with a great heating and the bed was very comfortable.
After hiking, we drank a beer on our balcony. AWESOME!
We are very happy and thankful, that we got to know the family and the staff very good. They even invited us for dinner with the family. For us it was great to see how the family lives and to learn more about their culture. Thank you very much for this experiance and the time you spent with us.

The breakfast (there are a lot of things to choose like Pho, bread, fried rice and noodles, fruits, tea and coffe etc.) was very nice. And even there, we could enjoy the beautiful view.

We booked two tours at the Hotel. Both tours were exactly what we wanted. The staff helped us also for our lazy days (motorbike, walk around Sapa...)
Our tours were both with Quang Nguyen. He is a very nice tourguide with a lot of knowledge, friendlyness, humor and experiance. We even could bring our own ideas. That was just great. Thank you Quang!

We absolutly recommend this hotel!

We stayed for only one night here after the Fanispan Hotel was apparently full (we were apparently 'upgraded' to this hotel). I think it probably was an upgrade. I know when you hear these sort of claims from the travel agents and hotel staff you think 'yeah right'. Indeed, a couple did just that when we arrived. Very sceptical. But I think they were happy in the end.
The hotel is bright and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly. My partner was sick and couldn't make it out for one of the tricks and they were happy her to keep the room until we caught the bus to the train station (about 4:30pm) for a small fee. Made here some ginger tea for free a few times (fresh ginger in the blender).
North face gear (presumably fake like all other gear in Sapa) at the hotel was priced similar or lower than prices than the Main Street.
I wasn't going to review this hotel (one night stays never really give a great indication), but since they only have a few reviews so far, and remembering the couple that frantically looked on TripAdvisor to see if the 'upgrade' hotel was ok, I thought I'd help out. This hotel is absolutely fine. Very good in fact, although the 4th floor is the same floor as the kitchen and can be a bit noisy. Ask for another floor if you can.
Oh yeah. The food is pretty good here too. Breakfast buffet and pho are a nice surprise.
