We stayed at the Paradise view for 2 nights in the suite. It is situated right in town so the location is perfect! We arrived earlier than the check-in time as we got the night train from Hanoi. David informed us that our room was ready so that we could have it straight away with no extra charge! Great! We stayed at the 3rd floor. When first entering the room we straight away noticed the very bad smell which seemed to be coming from the bathroom. This smell however then disappeared so we didn't notify the management. The room was great, with a great balcony, nicely decorated, TV, Computer, mini fridge etc..
The breakfast is also very good, the charming ladies give you a set menu and you just pick the option you like! I had the Fried rice and the noodle soup which were both very nice!
During our stay we had a problem with our front door, upon leaving the handle stayed in my hand.. We notified David and the lock was changed when we got back. On that same night, they delivered to our room some fresh smoothies and cakes! I thought that touch was really nice!!
During our stay David was really nice and always there to help, give advice, etc
On our last day they kept our bags after checking out so that we could go on trekking without having to worry about them. When coming to pick them up before leaving for the night train to Hanoi, they gave us some packed sandwiches (very good chicken with salad) to take with us!
Would definitely go back!

The staff was very helpful and location is great. David at the front desk is putting his customers in the first place; the trekking tour he helped us arrange (2 people and our guide only) allowed us to spend a day in the company of an extremely likeable H'Mong lady and made our stay in Sa Pa so memorable. Hotel is located conveniently in the heart of Sa Pa and offers all expected services: complimentary water and fruits, decent breakfast, solid wifi and a generously spacious rooms. Early check-in request was accomodated, too, and everything has been made to make us feel welcome. Hotel restaurant employs trainee local girls as waiters -- they've been really welcoming and contributed to a great and relaxing stay. Overall, if you are looking to find a bit of an alpine atmosphere in Vietnam Sa Pa is a place to go and the Paradise View Hotel was a great place to stay.

(Don't expect a brand new boutique hotel. The rooms are slightly worn out and equipment is dated but this was a minor distraction.)

We stayed three nights at this hotel. The location is only 100 meters from the main street so the location is perfect. David and his staff was service minded and we booked transfer and tours from the hotel. Every afternoon we got free fruitjuices and cakes - nice! David and Kim? In the reception speaks good english but the staff in the breakfast room can have proplem with the english language.
Overall a nice hotel with good service.

Stayed there 26/10/13
As mentioned/appraised by previous travellers (that prompt me to do a booking with paradise)
* service was excellent
* show care and concern to each guest
* give a very warm and 'family feeling' through out
* very close proximity to sapa market (just a flight of staircase down)
Upon arrival at about 8am, was offered a temporary room for rest and shower
before our room was ready.
Wife suffered from ear problem due to flight to Hanoi, requested David to help call for doctor and he promptly call for doctor after our breakfast. Really appreciate his help as he had save us much trouble to search for one.
Though on the second day in sapa, i had switch to another hotel
(was pre-plan & got nothing to do with any negativity with the hotel)
David actually ask his helper to carry our luggage to the other hotel FOC.
This act of graciousness that I respect paradise and its team with high regards.
It's really commendable.
David and Kim actually told us to go back to the hotel for any help if we do faces any problem

Having arrived in Sapa after a rather sleepless night on the Hanoi-Sapa 'sleeper' train we were welcomed at the Sapa Paradise View Hotel by the three most charming and delightful men that we have met on our travels - Mr David, Mr Kim and Bell-boy Mr Tien. We were provided with warming local tea and hot face towels and this was just the start of the exceptional service that continued throughout our stay.

Although the rooms were lovely and clean with all the necessities and more, this is not the main strength of this hotel. The staff were incredibly hospitable, they went above and beyond for us, organising a room upgrade to the suite which we assume would have had breathtaking views of the mountains had the fog lifted! Mr David and Mr Kim were especially helpful (but not pushy) in organising our day tours/treks which did not disappoint.

The unexpected complimentary extras were greatly appreciated; fresh fruit in the room; fruit smoothies and cakes delivered to our rooms upon return from our daily excursions, as well as a picnic for our train journey back to Hanoi!

If we have the chance to return to Sapa we will most certainly re-visit the three musketeers at the Sapa Paradise View Hotel!

Fantastic! This hotel is warm and comfortable, and in the heart of Sapa. David and his staff do everything they can to ensure your stay is pleasant. Great breakfast, complimentary afternoon tea and wine each day. Hiking trips and transport to the train are all taken care of with care and attention to detail. This is a hotel that meets all expectations and more! Highly recommended. We will definitely be returning to Sapa Paradise View Hotel :)

Our Lovely Stay in Sapa Paradise View Hotel

We were greeted by welcoming faces a upon our arrival at Sapa Paradise View. During our course of stay from 4th to 6th Oct 2013 the service was always excellent . All enquiries were always answered.

We took a guided trek tour with the hotel which included lovely lunch picnic from hotel . After a full day tour we were pleasantly surprise with mini treats on both occasions with yummy fritter and cake complimentary from the hotel alongside with juice . Very thoughtful and timely arrival of the refreshments .

Food at the hotel was yummy and served by two young waitresses who were prompt in service. The hotel location was ideal. We were 2-5min walk from most shops and eateries .

The room was neat and spacious , the Wi-Fi signal was strong and the room had desktop for usage. Complimentary fruits were replenished every day. The view from the balcony was rather spectacular. One our last day .. we had complimentary dinner packed for us. What we appreciate is the thoughtfulness paired along with friendliness at every turn.

Overall my friend and I enjoyed our stay in Sapa Paradise view Immensely and look forward to returning back soon. We would certainly recommend the place.

Rgds,

Lee and Naz
