“Cozy and comfortable”

This is a quaint little hotel centrally located in Sapa. It is a newer hotel and the staff aims to please.
The morning I arrived, I had just realized that my wallet was stolen on the sleeper bus so I was a bit out of sorts. Tony and the rest of his staff immediately bought me tea and allowed me to use their phone to call the banks back home.
They were helpful and comforting. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

Small nice town has a surprisingly awesome hotel right in the center.
Fair prices for the clean and nice room, staff in the hotel are the nicest guys (!) I've met in Vietnam - they speak English better than we do! ;)
Highly recommended!

The staff here are very friendly and they made one of the best ginger cinnamon tea in Vietnam ! They always find time to serve up the tea asap to you upon arriving the hotel from anytime. I had the best bed and shower here in Elysian Sapa Hotel during my whole trip in Vietnam. both the room and the bathrooms are very spacious and equiped !

The place is near Sapa market and most of the highlights of the town (sapa is quite small for me)
Tony the hotel manager helped me booked a tour and tickets from sapa to lao cai and from lao cai to hanoi.

The rooms can be improved alot...
1: the air vendilation can be improved caused everytime i entered the room, i got this specia headache
2: there wasnt any air condition/heater so you must open the windows to let air into the room to improve the air vendilation but then there isnt anything to prevent people from jumping into ur room through the windows !
3: it seems to happen in sapa i guessed...the power plug doesnt seemed to work that well and i had to spend like a whole 3-4 minutes to adjust so that i can charge my iphone

ps: i had to pay 5USD as a surcharge to stay into the same room as my friend who has already paid for the room...and the room had 2 queen side bed...so i dont understand why the surcharge is induced...

I stayed here only one night, the room/bathroom were very clean and services were impeccable! Having a lousy stomach during my trekking, the light but tasty vegetable steamboat was all I needed!

free breakfast was included in the room rate and because their breakfast menu didn't suit me, they made me vegetarian pho and that was also delicious! They also have the best ginger tea and sapa green tea which you will get as your welcome drink.

The staff (especially the owner Toni) were extremely helpful and everything was genuinely priced so I didn't feel the need to browse around.

Definitely will stay again if back to Sapa!

I loved this amazing hotel in Sapa with all the services you can need.
The staff is adorable, always ready to help you with a smile in their face.Best location in town.
They offer your for free the best ginger tea I had in Vietnam. Breakfast was good and reasonable in price. The room is clean, spacious and equiped with flat TV, Free bottled water and coffee& tea.
The surprise appart from the moutain views was the electric blanket that heats your bed.
I strongly recommend this hotel for visitors in Sapa.
