Great location above Sapa overlooking the town.
Friendly staff who organised Ha, the best tour guide we had in Vietnam, (ask for her when arranging your trips)
Clean and quiet rooms.
Excellent service and nice breakfast.

we have spent 2 nights at this hotel. we came early in the morning which is around 7:am. It was too early for the check-in time and our room was not available. But the Hotel Manager (Mr Huong) was very nice, he arrange a small room for us to keep our luggage, changing and took shower. Our room was large and mavelous view, balcony is wide (i think it is wide enough to open a coffee shop). smell in the room was so comfortable, room is clean and tidy. All staff are very nice. we would like to extend our stay hear but were unable to cancel our trip for next few days. If we come back to Sapa, we will stay at this hotel again.

Good location, large room and nice view over the city. The staff was friendly but the service was nothing compared to the one we received in Hanoi Serene Hotel. Some of the staff had some problems understanding English and therefore, for example, our ride to the train station came a day too early (while we were trekking)... They also tried to charge us the pick up car from the station even though it was included in the room price.

We stayed here one night after spending the night on a home stay. The place looks fantastic and the bed was huge. Breakfast was good and service was excellent. It is away from the main street so remains very quiet.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and enjoyed our experience immensely. We arrived (as everyone does) very early in the morning after an exhausting overnight train trip aboard the Sapaly Express (would recommend this train). I had arranged for an early check in (for which I was knowingly charged an extra $30 - well worth it!) It was absolutely pouring with rain when we arrived, so decided to go to bed and slept until 2pm. By then the rain had stopped and we ventured out to explore. Sapa is just gorgeous - cool and highly scenic. Amazing restaurants and shopping and lovely people.

The hotel is located up a hill just off the main square - excellent locate as it's quiet, but you have to be prepared to climb the hill often and this can be a bit exhausting after a hard days trek! We booked a family room - triple, which was actually 2 rooms and they were enormous - and although not the most modern we'd come across - very comfortable and clean. One room had a queen bed and the other 2 x single beds. Bathroom was well appointed with no probs and lovely hot water.

Breakfast in the lobby was great - fresh baguettes with your choice of omelet, or pancakes, served with fruit and tea/coffee.

Another bonus was that we were able to arrange a late check out (for only an extra $18US) that meant we had use of the room until 6pm the day we left for an overnight train back to Hanoi. The hotel also arranged transfer to and from the train station for a very small fee ($7US).
