I was looking for some after Bia Hoi, pre bar food and walked into Sapa Firer. Great choice! :)
Ordered the 'More Flavor' hot sandwich. Beats Subway hands down!

Sapa Firer Restaurant –Avoid – Best fresh spring rolls in Sapa but all else was a dud. The menu has a statement….’Menu pictures may not match the dishes but flavor is guaranteed’ or something like that. But not even close. The large cauldron of soup pictured large chunks of meat and veggies –what arrived was a small cup of puree chicken. Flavorful but gritty and massively over salted. My tongue is still swollen. The gorgonzola pasta arrived long after all else and looked like just a solo pile of penne noodles. We asked “where is the gorgonzola”. Waiter insisted it was cooked into the noodles. Tried a bite and yes, some strange flavor was there – icky and uneatable. Graciously, they didn’t charge us for this dish.

We tried 10 places in Sapa and this was the only place we would recommend you AVOID.

Staff isn't really helpfull and friendly. They came to have a fire place but they don't really know how to make a fire going. The drinks which are supposed to be hot aren't.

Since coming to Sapa two months ago I have eaten here often. The food is always good and the menu is extensive. I have tried lots of different dishes and I have not been disappointed with any of them. The staff were helpful and aimed to ensure that I was happy with my meal. If you keep their receipt you get ten percent off the next time you visit - always handy if you stay in Sapa for a while.
