first the good thing: it"s very central and the beverages are cheap (beer starts from 13.000 VND), that's what got us into the place. The taste of the food is not too bad either.
Now the downside: the servings are so tiny that you think someone is playing a joke on you, especially when you order the shrimps, you get 5(!) tiny shrimp and some stripes of capsicum with onion and sauce for 50.000 VND. The shrimp are the size of a phalanx of your thumb (but not as thick).
Now when we tried to give it back because the pictures in the menu obviously suggested something else than what we got we went straight into the biggest argument and insult i ever experienced in my life. After arguing for at least 20 minutes we were threatened several times with the police, called stupid, called cheater, told that we have enough money anyway and so on... we just paid the full price and left because it was impossible to have a reasonable talk to the staff, especially the manager, who followed us for about 100 meters while constantly screaming and shouting the worst insults i have ever heard from a woman. She obviously was very experienced in cursing, swearing and insulting in english language since she did so 'well'.
Conclusion: if you want a beer it's fine to go there, but don't eat there, except you don't care if you get ripped off.
I can't recommend to go there at all, of course.
