“Great clean hotel”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 28, 2014 via mobile

Well located hotel in the centre of town. Good parking and friendly staff, stayed here many times probably the best budget hotel in Loei more like a three star. The hotel does not do breakfast which is my only complaint.

New hotel tucked away but still near restaurants etc. 500 baht a night very clean, great service and on site secure parking. Stayed there with a pal on a motorcycle trip, it was so good we made a loop back and stayed there again !

Room Tip: Book a room at the back if your a light sleeper, neighbours dogs opposite can get pretty vocal at ni...

This hotel is a cut above the usual hotel you get in small Thai towns. It is well run, smartly decorated and very comfortable. There is good attention to detail from the stylish lobby, to the tastefully decorated rooms with good beds & quality linen (even monogrammed towels).
the hotel is located down a side street just off one of the main roads (and the tuk tuk drivers seem to know it). It is only a short walk to some local restaurants (the nearest is Chris's Steakhouse and a 7/11). There are also plenty of free bikes available if wish to pootle around town.
The rooms are a good size and nice and bright and well-lit, with a large bathroom and a small balcony. There are adequate benches and cupboards. They even have a hairdrier and a kettle in the room (but no tea only 3in1 coffee). There is a flat screen TV but alas no english TV channels. The room was spotlessly clean. The only complaint is that you can hear noise from the corridors as they are all tiled. Also there is no lift.
There is no restaurant at the hotel but a small coffee shop behind the carpark, where they make fresh brewed coffee. if you want to order breakfast you must do so the night before and they order it in. They have some tables and chairs outside, behind the carpark, where you eat breakfast (not the best ambience). For 150B you could have Asian or American breakfast, which included fresh brewed coffee and "juice".
The lady at reception (who I assume is the owner) was super helpful with everything we needed. Maps and advice, ordering tuk-tuks, a car to the ghost festival - all was arranged with a minimum of fuss and Thai instructions passed on the the drivers.
Overall you won't get much better value for B590. A very pleasant stay.

Room Tip: Be aware there is no lift and the stairs are steep so ask for lower floors if this could be a proble...

I wasn't too impressed with this hotel - It was clean but pretty basic, and no elevator for people who have any kind of disability, that's a problem as the stairs are steep. No restaurant in the hotel, only coffee and tea available. Hard beds. Reception staff didn't speak more than a few words of English so not able to get maps, accurate directions, set up any day trips or tours as they said no tour desk. Two computers in the lobby.

On the plus side, the staff did try to help me - one staff member went out on the street with me to direct me to the main street to find a restaurant, but couldn't tell me where they were as not enough English to communicate with me. Just pointed in a direction and indicated I should walk that way... Not the greatest help. Nothing close by as far as shops or restaurants. I needed transport to Chiang Khan which was an hour's drive away. I was told there were no buses or songthaews but a driver could be arranged for 1200 baht. I found that excessively expensive, and saw local buses on the road while driving to Chiang Khan...

This is a very friendly and good choice in Lloei. The foyer is attractively done and the staff very helpful and friendly with good English. The rooms are big, clean and bright and the hotel very well run. You can order breakfast the previous evening though we didn't take it ourselves.
There are good free bikes and free coffee, though this is instant and not the very good filter coffee which they also do
All in all a very good place to stay for a night or two at a good price. Would recommend

This is a relatively new hotel and offers basically a very nice, comfy and clean room for your sleeping needs. I love the place eventhough there is no restaurant or other amenities besides free wifi and excellent freshly brewed coffee. The staff there were excellent and friendly. I inadvertantly left my iphone in the bathroom when I checked out early the next morning. I only noticed this when I was 45km away and made a u turn and headed back to the hotel. Even before I could get off my motorcycle, the staff came dashing out with my iphone waving in her hand! I was so happy to get my mobile back and of course I stayed a while longer to enjoy another cup of that excellent freshly brewed coffee. Great trustworthiness and hospitality! Highly recommend this hotel if you wish to stay in town.
