“Get the RedSalt Burger!”
Reviewed May 10, 2013

Like this place alot, went twice and got a pizza delivery once when i was really hungry after surfing. Staff were friendly and the food was very quickly prepared. Got exactly the same meal both times when i went to the restaurant haha stick to what you like i suppose. I had the redsalt burger both times which is just huge with lots of fresh ingredients and the homemade chips were massive, all washed down with a chocolate milkshake. Very relaxed atmosphere with a nice sunset over the rice paddies. Would recommend to friends

Great food and very friendly service. Putu the waiter was lovely and waited on us like a pro. The owner too was great and came to have a chat with us. Great location and not to forget the food. One word - delicious.

“Just ok.”
Reviewed May 2, 2013

We ate here one night after reading the reviews. We found the menu to be basic, which is fine. But the still, hot air ruined it for all of us. It is so easy and cheap to instal some oscillating or ceiling fans - but they don't. The still air attracts mosquitoes also so we couldn't wait to leave. Maybe I would have enjoyed their food more if I hadn't been so hot and uncomfortable. Only eat here if you don't mind this level of heat and mosquitoes.

We are sorry you didnt enjoy you visit to our cafe. It is very rare for there to be no breeze across the rice fields in our area. Our open air restaurant does sit high above the surrounding rice fields which majority of the time is extremely breezy. Being Bali and next to the paddies we do get mosquitoes, when the crops are wet. Our staff do offer guests repellant and coils. Thank you for you feedback.

“Must do”
Reviewed April 21, 2013

A post surf lesson introduced me where to what we were told were the best burgers in Bali...and he was a local. I am not normally the type to go on a holiday to buy a burger as I can purchase this anywhere worldwide...but yes, it was huge and tasty. Serving Illy coffee overlooking rice fields, seeing the surf and having holisitic conversations with the staff and owners with a smile and laugh always featuring brings me back to Red Salt everytime I am in Bali....enjoy :)
