Really deeply apologize for the big inconvenience caused. On behalf of our supervisor and staffs we are very sorry on should there be our mistakes in handling your bookings. As of CC details at booking.com actually we would still need down payment to secure any bookings as we are not authorized to charge CC provided unless we are given Credit Card Authorization form and physical copy of the card. Please correct us if we are wrong, We think there was a misunderstanding with you and staffs as well, we realized that our supervisor did not notice about bookings for 2 units of one bedroom villas, we are trying to upgrade you to our three bed room villas without any further charges applied but somehow the miscommunication was unavoidable. We are not trying to blame anyone but again on behalf of Askara Villa Management we deeply apologize for what happened. Regarding the place we are sorry if the location does not meet your expectation. We do are located in Canggu just a little bit remote from the middle of Canggu, We have our maps on google maps which can be searched by four square, waze,etc. We do hope you might want to accept our apologies to get free 2 nights stay at our three bed room villas anytime in the near future (kindly mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org).
