The leadership of the company will go above and beyond to make sure that customers have a good experience.
The float was good, I had some trouble with the customer service at the end but they reached out and were simply amazing. I had initially not recommended but after going through the leadership, I wanted to take the time to redo the review and let everyone know that this is really a place that cares about customers and obsesses over the customer experience in the best way.

A peaceful retreat. Friendly and calming staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Treated with warmth and respect from the moment you arrive. The float tank itself is spacious and the shower facilities and products luxurious. Really enjoyed my time at Solace - left feeling rested and restored :)

I really enjoyed the treatment at the Solace Float. I find it hard to sleep but when I get home I can fall asleep right away and feel relaxed. I highly recommend this place for those of you who want peace of mind and healing. the staff are all friendly the best service. the place is clean.

AMAZING experience, it felt so upscale and luxurious.
The welcome drink, the little tonic they offer, the lotions, the after float room. Everything was just PERFECT.
