i went on a rainy evening, and this was a great place to shelter from the drizzle. terrific views out to sea and to the lighthouse when it is raining (and i suppose at other times too). we had a tom young goong, a thai fried rice, a seafood pizza and an austrian dessert. the food was quite good, although bland (suitable for the guests who were pretty much all white except for a few japanese woman, one other indian fellow, and us). the bathroom was fantastic, looking and smelling as though it was just built fresh, and with a detailed and entertaining graphic selling the virtues of indian squatting toilets to white people. the waiter was a bit surly, though, as though he really didnt appreciate the bloody natives being there, spoiling the place for others. our bill came to about 1100, which is a little high but not too bad
