“Really enjoyed it”
Reviewed July 8, 2014

Our party of 3 was promptly seated and our waitress was very friendly. Food and beer were great! Loved the decor and conveniently located on the main highway. Only suggestion to management is maybe to have the staff try some of the food and drinks. We asked for a few recommendations off the menu and our waitress said of 2 beers on tap and 1 entree that she had no clue what they tasted like.

“great pizza and beer”
Reviewed July 7, 2014

Ii highly recommend the pizza and the beers at St. Elias. I ordered an 11 inch pizza and salad with a local beer. It was excellent and I had food left over for my lunch the next day. Go early because it fills up too fast inside...

We got there late and it wasn't a problem. The brewery atmosphere was fun, full of locals enjoying themselves. Good and friendly service as well as good food and drink

“Great beer and decent food”
Reviewed June 27, 2014

Had a good meal at the brewery - great beer and decent pizza (my pizza standards are very high!). The service was kind of slow but the staff were all friendly. I would go back for the beer.

“Yummy food, great atmosphere & service at reasonable prices”
Reviewed June 26, 2014

Having driven past the St Elias Brewing Company on the Sterling Hwy in Soldotna for years -- but not stopping to check it out -- we finally decided to sample their offerings... and were really pleased with what we found :) Their menu includes a nice array of salads, sandwiches, and homemade pizzas (which appears to be their speciality). We ordered their Asian salad to share amongst the 3 of us, were amazed at the giant platter of greens etc. that arrived quickly at our table... and were delighted at the very yummy taste too! All of their pizzas are 11" in diameter, so we decided to order 2 of them... and were again pleased to see these pies heaped with lots of fresh ingredients, atop a really delicious dough that had great texture and thickness. We can vouch for the super tastiness of the Mediterranean and Chicken Pesto pizzas (the caramelized onions on the latter were a very nice addition). Two pies proved to be way too much for us to eat that night (= good lunch fodder the next day), and we were too full to sample their desserts (will know better next time to save room for this). The interior decor was pleasingly eclectic, and lent a nice ambiance... the place was packed (even during mid-week), and we saw a number of families w/ children who were enjoying their repasts too (nice to see this at a brewpub!). Our server was very polite, friendly, and efficient too... Plus, they are open late into the evening (which makes for a nice alternative to pre-made sandwiches from Safeway, or fast food joints). We'll definetly be back (and are kicking ourselves for not "discovering" this great eatery sooner) -- enjoy!
