“Great place”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

Anabelles in Ketchikan serves good food an dspirits. They can seat a crew from a fishing boat or a group of engineers with no problem.
Food is always good and hot, service is friendly and at 'your' pace. Good selection of beer, wine, and spirits.

“Busy spot in a rainy town”
Reviewed September 1, 2013

On an Alaskan cruise where there was food galore, we opted to try a local spot. We had to wait a bit or a table, but it was worth the wait. We had to wait a little for our food, as the order got lost in limbo, but the poor waitress was so apologetic, gave us rolls, comped our drinks, and wanted to give us free dessert ( no thanks). Our food was so good and well worth the wait.
The restaurant is rustic, a bit crowded in cruise season, but was clean and fun.

“Nice Lunch”
Reviewed September 1, 2013

Stopped in for a late lunch while on a cruise so we didn't have to wait for a table. We were seated in the bar area and they have aa very nice bar.. We split an order of Fish & Chips and had a very good Alaskan Amber Ale. Service was good and our waiter, Justin, was personable and attentive.

“Great chowder, not-so-great service”
Reviewed August 31, 2013

A local recommended that we go here for the chowder, and we were not disappointed. It was excellent! On a windy, rainy day in Ketchikan, it was exactly what we needed. The service was not great...had to wait a long time for our order to be taken, and it was not even close to busy when we were there. The server was friendly, but he was s-l-o-w. The chowder comes with big hunks of bread. Butter melted right away, as the bread was served very hot. I also ordered the crab cake sandwich with fries. These were both just okay. Stick with the chowder and you won't be disappointed.

“Excellent Chowder”
Reviewed August 30, 2013

We visited Annabelle's via a cruise ship in May/June 2013. We had heard many good things from the crew about Annabelle's, also, the Visitors booth at the pier recommended this restaurant.
We were not disappointed.
We ordered the Trio of Chowder, sourdough bread, and Fish & Chips. The food was excellent, hot and delivered by a very pleasant, and knowledgeable server.
The restaurant was very busy, but is quite large and well staffed so we were seated and served promptly.
If you are in Ketchikan, make a point of visiting Annabelle's, you will not be disappointed.
