Good fortune has typical Chinese food. It is located in the Creek Street area of Ketchikan. The restaurant was a little untidy. It felt like eating a meal in someone's living room (It was a former house).
The lunch meals are about $9 each. They come with steamed white rice. Don't expect soup, egg rolls and tea found in many Chinese restaurants. I ordered the egg rolls. They were homemade and quite tasty! I also had Mongolian Beef as the entrée. The flavor was fine. However, the beef content was very sparse.
The staff was pleasant.
