“Just ok....”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 4, 2013 via mobile

We got the 3 pounds of crab, sourdough bread bowl chowder, and fish n chips for 4 people. 3 pounds did NOT look like 3 pounds first of all.... And the service was slow. Overall the food was good, but WAY over priced

“Expensive, and rude service”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 3, 2013 via mobile

Honestly, after having seafood feast in Seattle, the food here in this restaurant was too overpriced...The server was not friendly nor helpful. Very disappointing...we'll not visit again.

“Good local seafood in a tourist trap”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 18, 2013

On our second visit to Ketchikan, we had lunch at the Crab Cracker. I ordered the house lunch plate with halibut which came with a 'large' thimble of rice and salad, my wife had a bowl of chowder.
The halibut was very good, very fresh, but the rice was way overcooked where it was un-edible. The chowder was nice and light, not too thick and overwhelmed with whipping cream.
The halibut plate was $18.99 and the chowder was $7.99. Yes, it's a tourist area so expect the higher prices but the Crab Cracker is worth the visit.

“not worth the wait”

the service was slower than it should have been, and the menu was very ordinary. My sockeye salmon was well-cooked, but boring. My companions liked their chicken.

“Out of crab!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 3, 2013

We visited this restaurant after an excursion in Ketchikan. Unfortunately, they were completely OUT of crab! There were only a few seafood items left on the menu that were available. I was really looking forward to eating crab in Alaska, so I was disappointed!
