Aspen Hollow
Reviewed June 30, 2013

My wife and I stayed in one of the cabins for 5 nights in June 2013. The cabins (six in all) are a little off the beaten track - about 15 miles south of Soldotna the main town in the area . Aspen Hollow is well situated for trips to Kenai and Homer and close to the mouth of the Kasilof River. The cabin we stayed in was fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, microwave etc and a good size dining table. The cabin was very clean and serviced daily. There is even a laundry on site. The location is really peaceful and we were surprised that only one or two of the other cabins had guests staying. We would strongly recommend Aspen Hollow if you are on the lookout for accommodation in the area - it is well worth the drive from Soldotna.

Room Tip: We stayed in a one bedroom cabin but there are bigger cabins for families.

Stayed for one night with the husband and kids. We were in the Aspen 2 cabin. Great cabin. Main room had a couch (with a pull out bed) and a recliner. Small kitchen area and a four seat table. Second room had a very comfy queen bed with 2 nightstands. Back porch had 2 chairs that backed up to the woods. Every cabin has a small chest freezer on the front porch and a small picnic table available. Kids loved being able to explore a little and being out in the wilderness. This is a wonderful place to stay for a night or for an extended stay. Can't wait to visit again.
