It's not cheap, it's a couple of shacks, but the food is very, very on point. the King Crab leg, the Bisque, the Rolls, and the Crab Cake Bites are a for sure. Split, share, and enjoy! Do it!

Our bus driver, JP, on the way back from the glacier helicopter tour recommended this place. We got back to the boat and decided to try it. Went back and had a great meal. Have the combo for $33 which included the crab legs, crab cakes and the bisque soup! absolutely delicious! Enjoyed a nice glass of wine & beer to top it off.

“Hit or miss, but worth a visit!”
Reviewed May 1, 2014

You definitely want to stop at Tracy's, even if just for the experience! I have found that at times the food is great, other times it can be average or below. Sometimes it is very busy, which might impact the quality. Either way, when you go, make sure you get the crab roll. It has a delicious kick to it and is absolutely packed with crab meat. I have not have anything like it before or since! Also - root beer on tap is extremely tasty! Enjoy it :)

The crab was cold, bland and mushy. That says it all. The place is always packed, so I expected more. The lady that took our order was very nice and when I told them I couldn't eat it, they gave me my money back. That's something, anyway.

“Great crab - different location”
Reviewed April 19, 2014

If you are planning a trip to Juneau this summer and especially a stop at Tracy's, please note that they are moving a bit farther south along the waterfront. While a small shop with a different menu will be in the location near the parking garage, Tracy's will move the Crab Shack behind Trove (a great gift store) which will offer more room. Don't be afraid to ask anyone in town where it is - everyone knows Tracy's!! Even if you only stop for the delicious crab bisque and hot rolls (enjoyed with an Alaskan Summer Ale) do stop - you won't regret it!
