The place is on the water front and is popular for both tourist and locals alike. I would suggest you make reservations during the summer, it fills up quickly and stays busy thru the day. Its not cheap, and its not fancy brand new. You don't have to dress up. Its usually very loud and busy. There is a sliver of an outdoor seating area, but you'd be lucky to get one of the 4/5 tables. The view is nice, even when its not really nice out. The food is usually constantly good, you can count on your food tasting pretty much the same as it did last time. Upstairs is a bit of a odd dark area. A few pool tables and small awkward uneven booths. I wouldn't sit up here if its hot out, as it will be even warmer up there. If you want a calm place to talk, not your place. The sounds echo off the industrial design. I work across the street and eat here about 1 week. My new lunch fav is the Salmon Rice Bowl. Small groups of 4 or so is good, larger and you may have to wait for a table.
