“If you love fresh baked goods DO NOT MISS Silverbow”
Reviewed September 1, 2012

Very well presented fresh baked goods. Bagels, pastry, biscotti, sandwiches, bagel spreads, exceptional quality and worth the price(In Alaska everything costs more except salmon)
Only disappointment was an iced gingerbread/molasses spice cookie(I think they forgot the spices) but this sweet eater ate it anyway

Thanks so much for saying. We really appreciate the comment. We upped the allspice in the ginger crinkle some to give it a little more "kick." You were right!

“Quality Eats At Fair Prices”
Reviewed August 30, 2012

Good and healthy food is such a great find when traveling and the Silverbow Bakery is that place in Juneau. Great breakfasts (outstanding bagels) and lunches. When going for lunch get there early (before 1:30) as everything is made fresh daily. So when its gone its gone. Everything is good but they have a deep menu and some of the gems sell quickly. Daily bread specials are out of this world.

Their salad rocks. You get either a bagel or fresh bread. Either are divine. I always sit near the outlet as power is a plus for using the complimentary WiFi with your purchase.

“Great Find”
Reviewed August 27, 2012

Had a great lunch and dessert. More of a local place, with WiFi and good prices. Friendly staff, my wife soup was to spicy and they replaced with a different soup without a hassle. Order at the counter, find table and they call you when it ready. Worked for us.

“Great cookies”
Reviewed August 24, 2012

This was our favorite place to eat. It’s mostly a sandwich and salad place and the best cookies I have had in a long time. Casual coffee house atmosphere located away from the tourist ship area.
