The gardens were beautiful. The couple that takes care of the gardens are so proud of them. The outhouse was very nice to have . The women took pride in making sure it was clean. We appreciated it. The tea, was very tasteful.

This is a short trip that is worth attention. A short, self-guided walk allows you to understand the flora of this temperate rainforest, some of which is native to the area. This is an attraction entirely started by a couple as a labor of love, and at the end you must be sure to sample their excellent tea!

Self guided tour of a 1,00 foot trail. All of the botanical aspects you might want. It was interesting to see the different plants and muffin and tea after walking the trail were great. Ideal for those who really want to get into the different plant species in detail. For me it was a good introduction to the different plants and density that grow in Juneau. Jane and Jeff are great stewards. Tour bus forced the schedule. Go when you can spend some quality time.

It was nice and the owners are very nice and stewards of the land they manage. There is a little trail with guidebook illustrating the plants. In June there were a lot of flowers, but there were beautiful wildflowers elsewhere. I would go again if I had time to spare.

we toured this garden on a shore excursion from a cruise ship, the walk takes all of 5-10 minutes, and there was nothing but trees... the same trees growing across all of Alaska. i confused this with the Glacier rainforest gardens. was dissapointed.

the Americans have the peculiar habit of flavoring tea with strange tastes, this place was no exception
