“true Alaskan friendliness-great staff”
Reviewed September 30, 2012

what a nice way to meet locals and have a few libations in the process-the staff at both the Alaskan Brewery Depot downtown and out at the brewery were terrific-the $15 fee for transport to and from was a bargain including samples-a great way to spend a few hours in Juneau ! look for the Liquid Tours van- I think our driver's name was Sean and he was a real good guy-the brewery tour part was from a college professor who works there in the summer and he was excellent- the spruce tips in their winter ale is a great flavor

“Great Beer - and for free”
Reviewed September 29, 2012

Sample up to 6 beers, but please DO have a designated driver! They have a nice variety, and interesting seeing the bottles around the facility.

“Nice way to take in some of Alaska”
Reviewed September 24, 2012

We visited the brewery store and found it clean, a good value and worth a look. It allows you to deviate from the standard jewelry and trinket shops plaguing the rest of the port area. that and there's beer. 'nuff said.

“Alaska's best beer”
Reviewed September 24, 2012

The Alaskan Amber is a tasty beer - smooth and full bodied. A nice side touch is that they have a gift shop so you can purchase something to take to the guys back home!

“Wonderful beer, big operation!”
Reviewed September 23, 2012 via mobile

I really love Alaskan Beer and wanted to get to the brewery....lucky for me they have a port side store with a shuttle to their facility! Although I did think the $15 fee for the ride and tasting was a bit steep, the experience was great. 6+ small beer tastings, swag, an interesting /colorful talk on the history of the brewery. All in all, I recommend it! Great double IPA!
