After a day long hike, we came back to the "spit" and looked for a place to have fish.
Captain Patties looked like a good place, neat lil cute decorated restaurant. Of course food in Alaska is not cheap and this was no exception. We got the special which was the 'seafood sampler'but today as a special was pouched with wine, etc. Salad was ok, baked potato was good with a sampler of chives, bacon bits, and sour cream placed on the table. Sourdough bread was warm. The entre was disappointing, very little taste. Scallops tender, salmon, shrimp and halibut was good but NOTHING special to help us justify the $28.00 pp. Portions not enough for my starving husband.
