Our B&B owner recommended Cafe Cups. The halibut tacos were quite tasty and the dessert was also delicious. The restaurant is definitely small and cozy, but it was worth the short wait. We had wonderful service and got to meet some locals who were eating there.

A very eclectic place with wonderful food. However, they crammed the tables in pretty tight, which made it difficult to move around.

We visited Cafe Cups in the summer of 2012 at the recommendation of our B&B owner. He made reservations for us while we were out on a day excursion. That evening we arrived to a busy restaurant which we took as a good sign. Unfortunately even with reservations we stood in the doorway, there isn't much of a waiting area, for 5-10 minutes without being greeted. I finally flagged down someone, who flagged down someone, who came over and said our table would be ready shortly. They sat 3 of us at a relatively small table. The service was somewhat slow, while I don't mind waiting for good food in a busy restaurant things like drinks and menus shouldn't be as slow as they were. The best thing we had that night was one of our appetizers which was a Halibut Ceviche. The entrees were okay but for the prices being charged could have been much better. All and all it was a forgettable experience, maybe we went on an off night but I think you can do better in Homer for the price.

We heard it was hard to get into this Cafe and we were thrilled we did. The food was fantastic. I had a stuffed pork and my daughter had a currie dish. We both had just had seafood/fish earlier for lunch so we didn't have it here. The atmosphere was fun and exciting. This was my daughter's second time there. We both loved it. The cafe really fun looking outside as well.

The food is super yummy and the atmosphere is really cool. The thing is it is pricey and you will want to plan ahead for it. The portions are enough to take left overs home though. My husband and I could have easily split a meal and been full to save on cost.
