After reading many reviews we chose this B&B over staying in the glitter gulch area of Denali. We're glad we did, and suggest you do the same. The three rooms we had were wonderful and the view from the deck was about as wonderful a view as you could wish for. You're about a fifteen minute drive north of Denali, and can actually walk to a fairly decent meal. There is a shared washing machine and dryer in the hallway which can make for light packing. The place is clean as can be and is a real well run operation.
Be advised there is an older home with LOTS of heavy machinery in the yard, at the top of the driveway to the inn, and it can give you a start if you don't expect it. Our friends who arrived before us thought in a moment of panic that that was the inn.
Once they drove further they became very relieved. Once they saw their room they were elated. Continental breakfast is fine and in your fridge when you arrive. I would recommend getting your lunch at the gulch the day before Denali, rather than go with the bagged the innprovides. While it is convienient, the choices are limited.
On our next trip to Alaska (and there will be a next one) we will definately be staying here again. Go there. trust me.
