Super clean! The spaces are well groomed. Spacious lots with well maintained lawns. The restrooms are the cleanest I have ever seen! My wife says that the washers and dryers were clean enough to eat off of. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed at several RV Parks over the years, but the Hitch Up is definitely the best we’ve ever had the privilege of staying at. If we ever get to Haines again, you can bet you’ll see us there!

This RV park is a really, really nice park. My wife and I took our bucket list trip to Alaska this summer and of all the commercial RV parks we stayed at, Haines Hitch-up is easily the best one. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making reservations for us and recommending places and things to do. The sites are grassy and level, and the roads in the park are nice and wide making backing into your site much easier. It's also just a couple of minutes from the downtown(shopping) and another minute to the small boat marina where we caught the Fjord Express for a day trip to Juneau.

Great spot, good view, nice camp. Clean friendly, great laundry, nice owners, reasonable$. Glad we stayed here!! This is the camp to stay in when in Haines AK for sure! Very accommodating. We would stay here again!!

This campground is very clean and is very well maintained by the owners. The road is all gravel, very wide and spacious. The sites are pull thrus and back ins with green grass. It's a big RV lot with a picnic table and full hookups. The laundry room is big and clean with 4 washers and 8 dryers, $3 to wash, $2 to dry. They have a soap machine, change machine, candy machine, exchange books, laundry baskets and and iron board. They have a pet area where you can walk your dog and they provide the bags. The staff there are friendly and helpful and they also have a little shop in the office. It's a good location, close to stores and gas station and many more.

We stayed here in our motorhome for a week and felt secure enough to leave our rig while we took a 3-day side trip to Glacier Bay NP. Very meticulously maintained park with grassy sites, full services and clean restrooms. Room enough for our motorhome and Jeep with a picnic table. Sites are not too close together by Alaska standards. Met the new owners, friendly, helpful folks. Both wifi and AT&T cellular are iffy, come and go, like most remote places. Self-serve RV and car wash across the street, hardware store, propane and fuel just down the street. The town of Haines is about a mile down the road, airport is 3 miles up the road.
