Been coming here since it opened and every year it gets better and better! Quality beers, awesome staff, rotating food trucks, and killer views! A must when in Girdwood!

We loved the place the minute we walked in. Very chill, down to earth atmosphere. Good beers and great food from the taco truck. We visited three times - it became our home away from home hangout.

Right on! I love the "home away from home" comment. We've worked hard to create an environment where people feel welcome. Stoked you noticed!

We were heading back to Anchorage after snag fishing in Seward and stopped for a break in the trip. The chocolate coffee brew was AMAZING. Our little people enjoyed sitting on the lift chair swing, enjoying a soft drink and the fire pit. It was fun to see folks and their dogs coming and going, too. Wish we didn't have to travel so far from home for such delicious beer.

HI Tudylou, we are so happy you enjoyed your time at GBC. We definitely are a family friendly environment and dogs are welcome in the beer garden too. Hopefully, the wildfires didn't impact your trip too much.

Great classic brewery. Food was a food truck outside, but was great. Try the stout, it was wonderful.

Located near Mt. Alyeska, this brewery has a nice outdoor patio and inside seating as well. Breathe in the mountain air and enjoy the beautiful natural scenery while you drink one of their beers (they were offering about 5 different kinds). Food trucks provide the sustenance, and we enjoyed some items from the Blue Ristra truck that night; unfortunately, they had run out of several things by the time we placed our orders (really not very late in the game). So if you want food, I guess, get there early! It did get pretty crowded as time passed while we were there.

Thank you for the review heimtime10. We do our best to keep 6-8 beers on tap, but the summer months are hard on the supply. We have a revolving food truck schedule (on website). I will check with Blue Ristra to see what happened. I am happy that you appreciated the outdoor patio and seating area. The mountains are truly special. Cheers.
