This is an excellent little cafe with good coffee and breakfast especially omelets - lunch is very good as well with burgers as my favorite - also daily specials with a variety of choices - wait staff varies a bit with the few regulars wait staff I have experienced are polite and friendly.

We went here twice during our 3.5 day stay in Cordova. The first time we went for a late lunch because of our guidebook recommendation, the second time because no other place was open on a weekend morning!

Our food was decent on both occasions, coming from a standard menu of sandwiches, burgers, soups and simple salads. The second occasion we went hoping for a nice brunch on a Saturday late morning only to find after we had ordered drinks that there were no more breakfast supplies! Our resulting sandwiches were fine, but still a bit disappointing.

Overall the service was friendly - and as is the standard in Cordova, relaxed in terms of speed. The prices were also nothing special.

Overall, a good value and a decent spot if you're looking for a place to eat in a pinch. It won't blow you away.

Very nice folks run this joint, which has a good selection of hamburgers, sandwiches and salads. It's one of the nicest restaurants in Cordova, in fact, which is reachable only by float plane or by boat.

We were starving after a long hike and this Cafe hit the spot. They refilled our coffee early and often and let us hang around, taking up table space, after we ate. The prices were reasonable and the cafe has a cute line of sweatshirts featuring its namesake animal (which is actually a member of the dolphin family.)

The Cafe is a quick walk from the Cordova Historical Society and the Eyak Cultural Center, featuring one of only five complete killer whale skeletons on display in the world.
