We found this place having read others comments in Trip Advisor. We just left Rarotonga today after a holiday from NZ and visited The Morring on 5 occasions!
The sandwiches in the fresh Turkish bread are just delicious. We tried the 'Fresh off the Boat' crumbed Mahi Mahi, the Cajun tuna, the hot n spicy and Rusty's chicken in a yummy paw paw salsa. All for $10-12!
You just cannot get better than this. The owner Jill and Mata are a pleasure to visit and Jill's husband Moko ensures that there is a plentiful supply of fresh fish which he catches each morning from his game fishing boat moored just in front of the well placed cafe.
Carmen and I cannot recommend this highly enough. Thanks Jill and Mata for complimenting out experience of Rarotonga.

This place has the most amazing fish burgers you could ever have. The hot and spicy or cajun were our favourite. The portions are huge and the turkish bread they use is so light and fluffy it just melts in your mouth. Don't leave raro without eating here. The staff are really lovely as well.

We came into the Mooring three times for lunch whilst in Raro, and we are really fussy eaters. From one cafe owner to another, much respect for an amazing lunch over and over again, and for the service and the wonderful location. Your FOB was so fresh and the portions huge. definitely missing them. A worth while visit to every person going to Raro! - Waa and Lorraine NZ
