Good food, great laid back atmosphere and prices are right on for the area. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Rustic Roadhouse that provide excellent food. The breakfast portion was large and was extremely filling. Service was great and the old log cabin's rustic charm was an added bonus.

We ate breakfast here several mornings and the food is wonderful. Service was off and on but expected in these remote areas. We did not stay here but drove a good distance each morning just to eat here because the breakfast was so good. Their breakfast potatoes were wonderful and my kid loved their pancakes.

Normally a quick place to stop on the way back to Anchorage. This time the service was so slow and poor. From the wait staff to the kitchen. Won't be back here for a LONG time.

Thanks for your concern. We brought in a consultant and have lowered our turn times. It can still take a while if we are busy. Please let us know if you are in a rush so we can expedite your order.

Rustic accommodations!!!!! Traveling with a group of 7 beach campers from New York, we stayed at Gwin's Lodge for one night. We had a wonderful experience there, the cottages were very comfortable, especially the beds and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. We stopped in the restaurant for a drink before dinner, the waitress Cassidy couldn't have been more delightful, even brought us baskets of pretzels. We again stopped there for lunch a few days later, very happy we did! The food was delicious and served quickly, again by Cassidy. If your passing through Cooper Landing, don't pass up for breakfast, lunch or dinner!! Great experience!!!
