My mum & I stayed here in a beachfront bungalow. The location of the bungalow & the view from the balcony is amazing! The bungalow is right on the sand, about 10m from the waters edge. The bungalow was adequate although it could do with a refurb. It was comfy though and suited our needs. It is out of town so we would highly recommend a scooter to get around. Across the road is the track to walk up to the highest peak. It is a hard, uphill walk of about 20-25mins however the views from the top are spectacular. Definitely worth it! There is not a lot to do at Paradise Cove so you are free to relax on the tranquil beach. It was very relaxing and peaceful. We would stay here again.

Paradise Cove has a lovely beach and the bungalows are right on it. They are simple affairs but contain all you need for a short stay on Aitutaki. Breakfast was included but was fairly ordinary; one morning we arrived at 8 am - the start time and I think we disturbed the staff still asleep! However Joseph, the manager, was a cheerful and helpful person, and very obliging. Snorkelling is possible off the beach but better (of course) out in the lagoon to the south. You will need some sort of transport but motor bikes are there for hire.

We only had 3 nights at Paradise Cove, but we were not disappointed. The bungalows are quite small, but sufficient. The deck and the beautiful beach right in front make up for a lack of space inside. The water out front is deep enough for swimming which isn't always the case on this island. Its not as beautiful and pristine as further down the beach, but that's probably due to the deepness. Lovely comfy bed.
If you're looking for 5 star luxury this wont be for you. But if you love awesome sunsets, beautiful views, want to be right on the beach, and plan on going out for your meals, then you will be more than happy here.
The staff are awesome and will do anything to make your staff comfortable and enjoyable. Joe was easy to deal with and very reliable.
Wednesday bbq night is good.
Go next door to Puffys for a fish dinner...beautiful salads.
You will need a scooter or a vehicle (Joe hires out scooters right there at the venue for a very good price). paradise cove is not close to any other dinner spots except Puffys, so you will need to walk quite a long way or have transport. But that's pretty much the case on most parts of the island.
Thanks Joe and staff.....we loved our stay and will be back!

Simple but functional bungalows, no aricon but a fan, no TV, a wardrobe, kitchenette, shower/toilet, and a great balcony with fantastic beach views (beach bungalows).
Strongly advise going to the information centre if staying more than a couple of days, a lot of tours and activities are not advertised at the hotel (cultural tour, secret garden...).
Basic breakfast (tea, coffee, toast, delicious fruit, juice)
Island night really worth it ($49pp, Sat), fantastic performers and dancers, food is nice - very similar to BBQ night ($29pp, Wed)
Kitchenette perfect for basic cooking, but bring food from Raro if you can as supply is very limited and prices are high - homebrand pasta 500g pack sold 4.5 NZD, pack of chips 5.5NZD.
Sheets and towels clean but have been used for a while.
We stayed for over a week and the bungalow was never really cleaned (bathroom, mirror, floor, kitchenette), sheets and towels were changed regularly though.
Thanks to Jimmy for all his help and being so welcoming!
Bring your own beach towels and shampoo/conditionner/bodywash as none of this is provided.
Lots of mosquitoes just as anywhere in the Cook Islands so bring repellent.
Would definitely go back - the view is just priceless! If you re after a place where you can relax and do lots of "nothing" definitely look into Paradise Cove

Room Tip: the sun sets behind a palm tree if you are in bungalow 3, so not the best sunset view if that s impo...

We stayed at Paradise Cove for eight nights. It was perfect, very friendly staff, who would do anything for you. Absolute value for money with amazing views and located right on the beach. Wednesday evening barbecue a must and again value for money. Hope to return one day.

This was our first visit to Aitutaki and Paradise cove was selected after many hours working through trip advisor
We were not disappointed as this place lived up to all expectations and more
We were in a beachfront studio and were literally only metres from the water
Units were simple..rustic quaint but very well equipped and the king size bed would have to be one of best we have slept on..shower fabulous and deck an amazing little sanctuary to sit and while the days away and simply 'be'
Kitchenette has absolutely everything you need and anything else can be got from lodge kitchen if required
Staff were all incredibly helpful yet unobtrusive and you felt instead of a customer a house guest in their home..nothing was a problem and altho busy you always were able to touch base with someone and get what info or help you needed
Puffys next door is literally a 2 min walk along beach and well worth the visit for a great fish and salad meal and excellent value
Complimentary breakfast is buffet style and heaps of it
Booking via email is simple and communication great
Thank you Joe, Junior and crew for making our stay in your piece of paradise so memorable..We both agreed we wished wed stayed longer and will do next time

Room Tip: all rooms are close to beach but the chalets on front are really special...we got one at the end wit...

We spent three nights in Paradise cove and we found the accommodation to be genuinely authentic and fitting to its surrounding environment. We stayed in a bungalow right on the beach that had a palm tree through the deck and looked out over the beach, ocean, beautiful sunsets and the most iconic palm tree directly in front. We spotted whales traveling near the reef on our last day which was magical. The interior of the front bungalows were clean and intimate. Recommended to go to the Wednesday night buffet - great array of authentic tasty cuisine. It really was like living in Paradise and the best value for money on the island.

We have traveled to many places, using trip advisor to find accommodation and never placing our own reviews, but the kindness and helpfulness of the manager Joe and his staff inspired us to make this is our first review. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us as comfortable and were very knowledgeable and informative on what to do to enjoy the beauty of island and its local culture. We will be happy to return to Paradise Cove on our next trip but in the meantime we have wonderful memories and experience of the place partly due to the kindness of the staff in Paradise cove who work so hard to make their guests so happy. Thank you!

Room Tip: All the beachfront bungalows are good and very similar but we stayed in number 5 and it was perfect...
