If you want to go for a romantic dinner forget it : crowdy !
Otherwise iit ' s a pure argentino.
We took the argentina's plate to start : Might have been a little bit tasty we were a little bit disappointed. It could have been better.
Afterwhile we took two argentina's mealt :
- One was like there tasty, juicy and excellent :like there
- The other one was so so : : not tender enough for argentina's
We had a norton malbec with this : excellent as usual !
The service was good and carefull.
At the end a good meal but it could have more tasty for an argentina's one.

What a great find! The place has the right mix of ambience and flair to remind you of a real Buenos Aires restaurant. The place was buzzing when I went, and it was obvious the customers were enjoying the experience. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They have an extensive wine list and the food was probably the best I had in San Jose. Just one caution...when ordering "imported" beef, be aware it is from the USA and not Argentina! But nonetheless highly recommended.

Our meal and the incredibly friendly and helpful Walter were both superb. My boyfriend ordered 2 cuts of grilled beef, which Walter recommended and it was delicious. But, it was my pork tenderloin in a balsamic vinegar sauce with green apples, prunes and potatoes au gratin that stole the show.
Our only regret was that we couldn't eat everything and were unable to take it back to the hotel for dinner the next night!

Even though the place is tiny and it is better if you reserve a table, the food is perfect! I really like steaks and this is by far my favorite place! Gotta try the "Bife the chorizo" (Sirloin Strip Steak (Top Loin)).
