the animals living conditions were not that great. My friends made the trip more exciting than actually being there. It would probably be alright for a field trip with kids, but not so much an experience for adults.

“Don´t go!!!!”

This place is dying, don´t spend time visiting it! The animals are secluded and by law they have to move them to other spaces where they can move freely.

“A sad experience”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 12, 2013

It's depressing to see animals in bad conditions: a small and unsanitary cages for them, many of them were lonely. There are no guides you have to go over the pace alone, not appropiate place for eating.

“Poor animals”

The last time I went there it was depressing to watch the animals in such conditions and the smell is terrible. It must be one of the worst zoos I've been.

“small zoo, kind of rinky dink”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 12, 2013

nice for 1-2 hours with our kids (4 and 7). small, beautiful birds, fat jaguar. somewhat undermaintained. in a sketchy neighborhood, so kids got an education in prostitution and street drugs as well. "mommy, what is that guy putting in his nose?" but didn´t seem unsafe in daylight hours.
