This exhibit, while built around gold, is really a whole anthropological exploration. There are dioramas of a pre-Columbian village and of different roles of individuals--like Healer, Warrior, Goldworker. It is very nicely laid out, with excellent informative explanations in English and Spanish. You can rent an audio-guide, which I did, but I found it didn't add much beyond what the written posted descriptions said and wasn't worth the extra cost. We left whe the museum closed, after two hours of viewing, and we could definitely have spent a little more time there! Well worthwhile!
