We dined at this restaurant in December of 2016. Overall it was a good experience -- the place is a little out of the way (at the time adjacent to an empty lot), but inside it is very nice and clean. The food looks very good -- we had the ceviche which has a nice presentation (see photo), and it tastes good. Our entrees (a steak dish and a seafood dish) looked nice too, but they probably looked nicer than they tasted (but they did not taste bad!).
It the restaurant was in the U.S., I would say it is a little "Americanized", but it being a Peruvian restaurant in Costa Rica, I don't know what to say. What I mean is that it is probably not quite authentic Peruvian cuisine but a "fusion" version of South and Central American flavors. Again, I am not saying that is necessarily a bad thing, some people may in fact like it.
It is not cheap though; in fact, it is quite expensive, comparable to a high end restaurant in the U.S.
