I think it's safe to say that nobody goes here just for the food, which is OK but nothing special. You (along with every other tourist in Costa Rica) come here for the view of San Jose, which is quite impressive.
After making the harrowing journey up the mountain to get here, I was a bit cynical of what the view would consist of. Even I was impressed with what I saw.
The restaurant was full the night I went and included a very large group of American teenagers, whose guardians weren't paying much attention to. The restaurant had a group of Costa Rican dancers that evening.
