THe service was slow but we did have 8 people eating.

The food was VERY good! It tasted very similar to Israeli food and the setting was beautiful (as is ALL of Costa RIca).

The first time I have been to the place was when it was located at a smaller commercial space adjacent to where it was now. It was fairly new, and it was apparent that they were still learning the ropes of the restaurant business.

Though I had better service from a drive-thru restaurant at the time, it was served in a friendly manner that makes up for what he was lacking. The food itself looks promising when it was finally served, and from the first bite to the last, we know we found ourselves a new resto we would frequent on.

Now located in a bigger commercial space, it can now handle the many customers who goes there frequently. With this new space, they also came up with new upgrades:

-There is an outdoor tables and sofas, indoor tables on the first and second floor.
-iMacs you are free to use
-WiFi
-Experienced waiters
-New modern look
-Better food options and quality

This is the restaurant that you can enjoy with your friends and try out a new culinary treat. Sisso's new Jerusalem flavors adds a new variety in Costa Rica's menu, it is refreshing and it will tingle tastes buds that you didn't know you have.

best israeli restaurant in costa rica, truly authentic value meal. The restaurant is owned by two israeli entrepreneurs, and serves the main israeli dishes with great authentic recipes. ALso the prices are OK for Escazu, which is usually a town were eating out is the most expensive...
