Leaving Nahomi Park we will ride along the raised walkway that borders Quepos and the Pacific Ocean on our way to the ocean ferry that will take us to the beautiful Jungle Island just off shore called Cocal Island. You will experience Cocal and it's beauty. Cocal Island has no bridges or cars, just beautiful natural walk ways and endless beaches. Cocal is home to a small colony of friendly villagers. It is also home to the 2013 World Body Board Champion! Touring the island of Cocal we stop at a Sugar Cane Plantation and you will sample & take some fresh cut sugar cane with you. We stop at a shaded beach area where you can pick your own coconut for a natural drink. Our guides will open the coconut for you to experience it fresh. After riding on the sands of the island and touring endless walk ways and trails, we head back to the ferry and return to the Quepos Marina where our tour ends.

“Great experience”
Reviewed January 30, 2013

After done Segway tours in San Francisco, Canada and Belgium I decided to have this exeperience again during my roadtrip in Costa Rica. It was great, loved it. It was even better than these previous experiences. Would recommend this to everyone. Miguel is a perfect guide, the off-road scenery was fabulous. Thanks....

from the moment we walked into the office we were impressed with our tour guide Miguel, he was very professional and extremely safe. He spent alot of time familurizing us with the equipment.. I felt safe and confident to ride the segway. the tour was great we went to secluded beache s and through neighborhoods that you don't get to see on most tours. I wish the tour never ended its was the most fun i had my whole vacation

“Must do experience - better than a zip line!”
Reviewed January 19, 2013

I would highly recommend doing this tour - our guide prepared us on how to ride, protected us during the ride, and was very knowledgable of the areas which included some spots tourists never see - a ferry ride through a small fishing village to a deserted private beach where we did "donuts" in the sand and picked our own coconuts and drank the juice! How often do you get to do that? My wife and I had ridden a Segway once before but this was the first time for my teenage sons and college age daughter. They quickly picked it up and had a blast? This tour is well worth the money - you won't regret it.

“What a thrilling experience”
Reviewed January 18, 2013

Warm welcoming from our guide set a good tone. Safety orientation was well performed. We hopped on our machine for our discovery tour. The nice part about the tour was to get access to local area not accessible to the tourism. Our visit on the island and our interaction with a family was a great experience. To top-up the tour we watch this wonderful Pacific sunset.
Merci Miguel.

“2 hour beach & harbor tour/coconut island”
Reviewed January 4, 2013

Our guide was very personable and knowledgeable about his town and area. A very safety oriented guide, who took time to teach us and make us feel comfortable riding on the road. Enjoyed the ride on the beach and the taste of fresh coconut water. The time just went by too quickly.
