Sad I found this gem on my last day here in CR. The coffee drinks were tasty and refreshing. Breakfast portions were great, French toast was amazing. Prices were cheap in my opinion. Definitely lived up to its Tripadvisor hype!!

We ate in a lot of restaurants during our visit to Costa Rica, but this one was the best food of all. The plantain spiders especially are not to be missed.
The atmosphere is quaint and you can hear the sound of the jungle as you eat.

Wow...loved Cafe Milagro. We had a wonderful night there in July. We sat outside and the owner, Adrienne, helped serve customers so we had an opportunity to meet and converse with her....what an honor to meet her and hear her story first hand. She was soooo gracious. We had a spectacular meal and a special watermelon soup was brought out, on the house, which was delicious. Being a wanna be chef (at home:), we love to dine at places that bring out dishes that are different and beautiful and Cafe Milagro did not disappoint. The next morning we got coffee and some baked goods that were so incredible. Of course we brought back some coffee to the US so we can re-live some of the great times we had in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. Oh yeah, the rain and the crazy lightening bolt near the Cafe added to our great evening. Of course when we return to CR we will frequent Cafe Milagro again. A must, for delicious food, great coffee and a good time.

The coffee and drinks (try the Mono Loco...wow!) were excellent, as was the food. During our two week stay in the area, this became our favorite restaurant in the area. We tried it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and were always very pleased. The atmosphere is great too. Service was sometimes a little slow, but we found that to be the case in every restaurant we tried....I think it's a more laid back culture. I highly recommend Cafe Milagro!

Cafe Milagro has great coffee that they roast themselves. We were able to have a sample before purchasing. The only reason I rated this a 4 was because we were unable to purchase drinks or food, as the restaurant portion closes earlier than the section that sells coffee.
